1. OBJECT
El Registration service for self-employed individuals Through the PAE point (belonging to the CIRCE network) the registration of individual entrepreneurs is processed electronically, streamlining procedures and reducing costs, making this service an essential tool for those seeking to start a business quickly and easily.
The registration process will be managed through the CIRCE electronic system, which uses the Single Electronic Document (DUE) to simplify procedures and speed up processing times.
2. WHO IS IT AIMED AT
Entrepreneurial projects that wish to start their activity as a self-employed individual.
Exclusions:
- Self-employed TRADE
- Self-employed collaborators
3. REQUIREMENTS
Commercial companies that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this service:
- That the company's registered office will be in Malaga city.
- That the applicant does not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies.
4. HOW TO APPLY
In-person procedure:
Request an appointment at Promálaga, through malagaemprende@promalaga.es or by calling 952243411. A technician will contact the entrepreneur to explain the documentation that must be provided and how to obtain it.
Telematic procedure:
- Start the process by sending to malagaemprende@promalaga.es The digitally signed self-employed data form and documentation. If you do not have a digital certificate, the forms will be completed and signed in person, for which you will need to make an appointment by calling 952 24 34 11.
- Once the program documentation has been reviewed and evaluated by a Promálaga technician:
- If the documentation is incomplete, we will contact the applicant to ask for it to be corrected.
- If the documentation is correct, a Promálaga technician will contact the entrepreneur to schedule an appointment for the submission of the DUE and to begin the registration process.

5. WHAT'S INCLUDED
Advice on developing business projects and online processing, the Promálaga Business Support Point (PAE) will provide information on legal, tax, accounting and Social Security aspects related to the creation of companies, as well as information on public aid and incentives available for business projects.
This service will process the registration in the census declaration, the registration in the IAE and the registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of the Social Security.
