1. OBJECT
El company formation service Through the PAE point (belonging to the CIRCE network) it facilitates the incorporation of companies electronically, streamlining procedures and reducing costs, making this service an essential tool for those seeking to start a business quickly and easily.
The incorporation of companies will be managed through the CIRCE electronic system, which uses the Single Electronic Document (DUE) to simplify procedures and reduce payments at the Provincial Commercial Registry and the notary.
In addition to providing advice on developing business projects and online processing, Promálaga's PAE will offer information on legal, tax, accounting and Social Security aspects related to business creation, as well as information on public aid and incentives available for business projects.
This program is aimed at all commercial companies that will be domiciled in the municipality of Malaga, as a way to support the start-up and implementation of business activity.
2. WHO IS IT AIMED AT?
Entrepreneurial projects that wish to form a limited company.
3. REQUIREMENTS
Commercial companies that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this service:
- That the corporate and tax domicile of the company will be in Malaga capital.
- The main activity will be carried out in Málaga Capital.
- That the applicant does not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies.
4. HOW TO APPLY
In-person procedure:
Request an appointment at Promálaga, through malagaemprende@promalaga.es or by calling 952243411. A technician will contact the entrepreneur to explain the documentation that must be provided and how to obtain it.
Telematic procedure:
- Start the process by sending to malagaemprende@promalaga.es The digitally signed company data template and documentation. If you do not have a digital certificate, the forms will be completed and signed in person, for which you will need to make an appointment by calling 952 24 34 11.
- Once the program documentation has been reviewed and evaluated by a Promálaga technician:
- If the documentation is incomplete, we will contact the applicant to ask for it to be corrected.
- If the documentation is correct, a technician from Promálaga will contact the entrepreneur to schedule an appointment for the submission of the DUE to begin the incorporation of the company.

5. WHAT INCLUDES
The initial consultation to determine the legal structure, the application for the company name, the preparation of the statutes, scheduling an appointment with the notary to sign the deed of incorporation, the processing of the settlement of the Property Transfer Tax and Documented Legal Acts, the processing for Registration in the corresponding Registries, obtaining the definitive CIF and registration with the Public Treasury and Social Security.
Notary and Commercial Registry fees are not included.
