14/03/2023.- The municipal company Promálaga, belonging to the City Promotion and Investment Attraction Area of the Malaga City Council, has inaugurated today the twelfth edition of its business accompaniment program 'Promalaga Mentoring' with ten Malaga companies Committed to growing professionally. During the next 6 months, these entrepreneurs will receive Free advice from specialized mentors in all business areas.
The event was held at Promálaga La Píndola, incubator for the municipal network located on Avenida María Victoria Atencia, and was attended by the Councilor for Promotion of the City and Attraction of Investments of the Malaga City Council, Rosa Sánchez, as well as all the mentors and mentees of the program.
The experts, with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of sales, communication, coaching, juridical and legal, and economic-financial, will maintain meetings with participating entrepreneurs to help them find new scenarios and new tools that allow them to advance in their business strategies. They will work hand in hand to choose the most suitable professional path.
In addition to the personal meetings with the group of mentors, there will be presentations and networking days, activities with which entrepreneurs can learn and grow on a personal and professional level.
In the same act of inauguration of the new edition, closed the eleventh. The objective in uniting both meetings has been to promote the networking between entrepreneurs, share their experiences and even address future collaborations.

SUPPORT TO GENERATE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL LINKS
'Promálaga Mentoring', in which they can participate Entrepreneurs and startups of recent creation, offers each participant, through a personal interview, an initial diagnosis of their company prepared by expert consultants.
The program aims to speed up the process of personal and work development through the support of highly experienced professionals (mentors), optimizing their accumulated knowledge and contributing their experiences to improve that of the mentees.
TWELVE EDITIONS ADVISED BY EXPERT PROFESSIONALS
'Promálaga Mentoring' began its journey in 2016 and since then there have been a total of 110 companies (counting those that start today) that have received advice from professionals committed to improving the results of each of the projects.
The program is coordinated by Laura Girl, psychologist, coach and writer, and Agnes Skotnicka, innovation consultancy, corporate strategy and technology marketing. They are part of the mentoring team Joaquin Morales, expert in the commercial and sales area; Maria Jose Villa, lawyer and entrepreneur; Carlos Huidobro, consultant specialized in strategy, operations and foreign trade; Manuel Quesada, specialist in economic analysis; Alberto Calderon, expert in financial advice; Azahara Vera, marketing specialist; and jesus pedrero, technological entrepreneur expert in ICTs.
