The 'Generation FP' program, organized by Diverxia Consulting and in collaboration with the Malaga City Council through Promálaga, has concluded its sixth edition after three months of practical training in leadership, entrepreneurship and business management aimed exclusively at Vocational Training students in Malaga.

A total of 40 students began this edition, of whom 28 participants, organized into six multidisciplinary teams, presented their business projects to a professional and independent jury at the final event, Final Round, held this Wednesday at Promálaga Economistas. The Animalia team won the prize for best project, which includes a €1.000 Amazon gift card.

During the program, students have worked practically on skills related to leadership, team management, and the development of business projects. The first sessions focused on individual leadership development, later progressing to the creation of multidisciplinary teams and the development of their own entrepreneurial ideas.

In addition to acquiring knowledge related to areas such as strategic planning, sales or finance, participants have had professional mentoring and meetings with entrepreneurs throughout the process to learn about real experiences related to entrepreneurship and business management.

One of the main objectives of the program, which has been supported by Promálaga since its first edition, is to focus on the people and the leadership skills of those who drive the projects, understanding that the success of a business initiative depends not only on the idea, but also on the management of the teams and their ability to adapt.

In this sixth edition, students from IES Romero Esteo, IES Politécnico Jesús Marín, IES Rosaleda, GMQtech, IES Picasso and CESUR participated, consolidating the involvement of Vocational Training centers in Malaga with initiatives focused on leadership, employability and youth entrepreneurship.

On behalf of Diverxia Consulting, Daniel Salobreña highlighted “the commitment and involvement of the students, who have participated voluntarily during these months in a very demanding training experience that is completely focused on practice.”

'GenerationFP' is the first training of entrepreneurship and leadership for Vocational Training students and has the collaboration of CaixaBank Dualiza, the Delegation of Educational Development and Vocational Training of the Junta de Andalucía, FP Innovación and the IES Romero Esteo.

With this sixth edition, 'Generación FP' continues to consolidate itself as a benchmark space to promote entrepreneurship and employability among Vocational Training students in Malaga.
