Specialized mentors in all business areas will advise selected entrepreneurs for free for 6 months
08/02/2024.- The Area of Innovation, Digitalization, Promotion and Attraction of , through the municipal company Promálaga, the registration period for the fourteenth edition of 'Promálaga Mentoring'. In this business support initiative, up to a maximum of 8 recently created startups, whether they are housed in the Municipal Network of Incubators (RMI) or not.
The program lasts 6 months during which the chosen entrepreneurs will receive free advice by specialized mentors in all business areas. The objective is to accelerate the development process of the selected startups through the support of these professionals.
The application period is open from Thursday, February 8 to Tuesday, February 20 and registration is done online, filling out the website form: https://www.promalaga.es/promalaga-mentoring/
'Promálaga Mentoring' offers each participant, through a personal interview, an initial diagnosis of their company prepared by expert consultants. Likewise, it will allow you to hold meetings with each of the mentors and you will be able to participate in an agenda of joint activities with presentations and networking.
REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES TO BE MENTORED
In order to participate in the fourteenth edition of 'Promálaga Mentoring', one of the following requirements must be met: that the entrepreneur has launched the company recently or that it is hosted in the Municipal Network of Incubators (RMI) or in the Digital Content Hub of Málaga. If it is not, it must have receive support from Promálaga occasionally. You must also be committed to learning and willing to participate in the program.
After the closing of the call on February 20, a selection of the participating projects will be made through the evaluation of the mentors and Promálaga, and in March there will be the opening and start of the program.
MORE THAN 120 MENTORED COMPANIES IN THIRTEEN EDITIONS
'Promálaga Mentoring' began its journey in 2016 and since then there have been a total of 128 companies have received advice to find new business opportunities and choose the most suitable professional direction.
The experts, with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of sales, communication, coach, legal and economic, and economic-financial, hold meetings with participants to help them advance their business strategies.
In addition to personal meetings with the mentor group, presentations and networking days, activities with which entrepreneurs can learn and grow on a personal and professional level.
The program is coordinated by Laura Girl, psychologist, coach and writer, and Agnes Skotnicka, innovation consultancy, corporate strategy and technology marketing. They are part of the mentoring team Juan Francisco Rodríguez, expert in the area of strategy and operations; Maria Jose Villa, lawyer and entrepreneur; Manuel Quesada, specialist in economic analysis; Alberto Calderon, expert in financial advice; Azahara Vera, marketing specialist; jesus pedrero, technological entrepreneur expert in ICTs, and Ricardo Nandwani, expert in Digital Transformation.
