Commitment to participation

I commit to attending at least 70% of the Mastermind group sessions, training modules, network meetings, and individual mentoring meetings, whether in person or virtual.

I commit to respecting the agreements and the scheduling of individual meetings, avoiding cancelling meetings with less than 48 hours' notice except in cases of force majeure.

I commit to carrying out the actions and tasks of the Growth Plan assigned by the mentor team on an ongoing basis.

I commit to maintaining fluid communication with the coordinating team and the mentors and to reporting on the evolution of the project.

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared during the program, both from the organization and from other participants.

I commit to making appropriate use of the spaces, resources and tools provided by Promálaga.

I commit to actively participating in the diagnostic, follow-up and closing sessions, as well as in the preparation of the final feedforward report.
