WHAT IS PROMÁLAGA MENTORING?
Description of the program
The Promálaga Mentoring program, aimed at newly created companies, aims to accelerate the process of personal and professional development through the support of a person with more experience (mentor) in addition to optimizing the accumulated knowledge that experience provides, in people who already have passed through Promálaga and that they can contribute their experiences to improve that of others.
In short, an accompaniment to generate personal and professional links between mentors and mentees, which can reinforce their personal and professional development, the achievement of their objectives and their growth as a company in a more mature and secure way.
Description of the program
- An initial diagnosis of your company with the group of mentors.
- Personal meetings with the group of mentors. Experts of more than 10 years in the following areas: sales, communication, coaching, juridical-legal and economic-financial.
- Agendas of joint activities with presentations and networking.
- Training sessions in economic-financial analysis and sales.
Requirements to be mentored
- Have recently launched your company or be housed in the Municipal Network of Incubators (RMI) or in the Digital Pole.
- Be motivated and committed to learn and grow personally and professionally.
- Have availability and commitment to participate in the program.
PROMÁLAGA MENTORING 2024 - 1nd CALL
From the February 8 to February 20 The registration period for the XIV edition of Promálaga Mentoring. After the closing of the call, a selection of a maximum of 8 companies will be made.
The program will start in March and will last 6 months. Promálaga Mentoring does not have specific hours, it is left to the free coordination between mentor and entrepreneur, except for group and training sessions.
