The municipal company has launched a new advisory and diagnostic service for companies that are housed in the Municipal Network of Incubators and the Digital Content Hub of Malaga.
The Diagnostic Service program aims to gain in-depth knowledge of the global situation of the ecosystem of the companies housed in the incubators, provide companies with a professional diagnosis of their strategies and, in the medium term, initiate new support/advice services, depending on the common demands.
The businessmen and entrepreneurs will meet with the consultants to carry out the diagnosis in a personalized way and will be carried out at the best convenience of the companies, always under confidentiality.
The consultants will be Inés Skotnicka and Daniel Salobreña. Inés Skotnicka is an innovation consultant specialized in innovation plans, diagnosis of business opportunities, marketing of innovative products and change management projects. She has worked for the last 20 years in the consulting sector in Spain and has carried out projects at a national and international level. She is currently a consultant at Collective Innovation-business services company specializing in Social Innovation. She has directed and collaborated in the execution of strategic consulting and R&D&i management projects, carrying out tasks such as: diagnostic visits to companies in the agri-food, furniture, services, footwear, ICT, biotechnology and ceramics. She has directed implementation teams for innovation plans, Technology Surveillance systems for public and private entities.
For his part, Daniel Salobreña Lucena is currently Director of Diverxia Consulting For more than 12 years Coordinator of the Business Services Department of the Confederation of Businessmen of Malaga. Business Consultant, facilitator of the Malaga Entrepreneurs Club which is now spread throughout Andalusia and Strategic Consultant of the Being an Entrepreneur Forum. He is also a collaborating professor at the UMA, professor and mentor accredited by the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) and by the Malaga Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation.
