The "Málaga Store", located inside the municipal tourist office in Plaza de la Marina, was inaugurated in December 2015.
The Tourist Office was remodeled in order to improve the functionality of the space and achieve a current and modern image, housing the "Málaga Store" project, a commercial space with representative souvenir items from the city of Malaga. The interior transformation affected ceilings, walls, floors, bathrooms, doors and lighting, differentiating the tourist service spaces and the “Málaga Store”.
The remodeling of the office also contemplated a new distribution of the interior space of the building that improves the flow and circulation of visitors and incorporates three large-format interactive touch screens so that the visitor can consult any tourist information about the city.
The external appearance has also undergone a significant change with a cladding of the façade with compact laminated plates in gray and the creation of large windows labeled and covered with opaque vinyl with photographs of Malaga's tourist attractions.
