The card for Spanish students is a project devised and coordinated by the Tourism Area of the Malaga City Council, executed and managed by the municipal company Promálaga, in collaboration with the Association of Spanish Schools for Foreigners of Malaga NACEM and the Malaga Company of Transportes EMT, to develop the “Live Spanish in Málaga” Language Brand, which gives access to a subsidized offer of transport, leisure, culture, sports and restaurants.
What is it for
The product is a card-type card, which is used for those foreign students who come to Malaga to learn Spanish, through the associated Spanish schools and allows its use as:
- EMT bus multi-trip card.
- Discount card in museums, monuments, restaurants, shops and leisure establishments.
- Card compatible with the use of MALAGA BICI municipal bicycles.

The sale price of the PVP card is €5 (taxes included)
Points of sale
The card can be purchased at the 13 associated Spanish teaching centers, which have signed an adhesion contract with Promálaga as a point of sale for the promotion of the Malaga Spanish Student Card.
Material promocional
For the development of the project, a "livespanish" microsite of the card has been created on the web www.malagaturismo.com, where it can be seen in several languages.
There is also an identifying badge in adhesive format that was distributed among member establishments so that foreign students can easily locate establishments that offer discounts and promotions for card holders.
Member establishments
The participating establishments have signed a document of adhesion in which they detail the conditions of their offer, such as reduced rates, discounts at the entrance, percentage discount on the service or product, etc.
