What is?

Next March 14 at 9:30 a.m. there will be a conference on sustainability regulation organized by Malaga TechPark In collaboration with PwC.

It will address the main news and obligations imposed by the CSRD directive and the aspects to take into account to prepare for the new reporting requirements.

At the end of 2022, the EU launched the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and on July 31, 2023, they adopted the Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), in force since January 1, 2024 in Spain for various companies.

These standards involve significant effort, introducing concepts such as dual materiality and green taxonomy. In addition, regulatory developments are anticipated in Spain, such as the Climate Change Law and the proposal for the Directive on due diligence in sustainability, affecting the management of sustainability in the value chain of companies.
