What is?
The Lamppost, the accelerator that Andalusia Open Future has in Malaga and of which it is part Promálaga, organize 6 Open Days, that is, a cycle of six workshops under the title 'Startup Growth Playbook'. They will be taught in the La Farola agora in person and each one will be focused on key aspects for business success and developed by the startup Logístiko together with mentor Carlos Ojeda.
The fourth will be on Monday, April 1 at 11:00 a.m. and will focus on 'Validate and refine your business model: the agility of sustainable success'. On this occasion, David Montesinos, Co-founder and Commercial Director of Logístiko, will participate.
This workshop will examine the process of validate a business model. You will learn to test and adjust the key components of your model, such as the value proposition, distribution channels and cost structures. The objective is to reduce the risk of failure, ensuring that the value proposition, distribution channels and cost structure are aligned with market needs and expectations.
