What is?

The Lamppost, the accelerator that Andalusia Open Future has in Malaga and of which it is part Promálaga, organize 6 Open Days, that is, a cycle of six workshops under the title 'Startup Growth Playbook'. They will be taught in the La Farola agora in person and each one will be focused on key aspects for business success and developed by the startup Logístiko together with mentor Carlos Ojeda.

The fourth will be on Monday, April 1 at 11:00 a.m. and will focus on 'Definition of the budget to validate your business idea'. On this occasion, María Morcillo, Head of Administration of Logístiko, will participate.

This workshop focuses on planning and allocation of resources for the validation of your project, to maximize the impact of each euro dedicated, ensuring solid and sustainable financial management of the testing of your project. You will learn how to set realistic and effective budgets for various validation activities, including market research, prototype development, and test marketing campaigns.
