What is?
The Lamppost, the accelerator that Andalusia Open Future has in Malaga and of which it is part Promálaga, organize 6 Open Days, that is, a cycle of six workshops under the title 'Startup Growth Playbook'. They will be taught in the La Farola agora in person and each one will be focused on key aspects for business success and developed by the startup Logístiko together with mentor Carlos Ojeda.
The fourth will be on Monday, April 8 at 11:00 a.m. and will focus on 'Optimize your CRM with the Customer Journey Map'. On this occasion, Agustín Dos Santos, Inbound Marketing Specialist at Logístiko, will participate.
In this workshop you will explore how to map the customer journey and how to integrate these insights into your customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Techniques will be addressed to identify and document each stage of the customer journey, from discovery to purchase and beyond.
