CHIMERA PROJECT: Innovative cultural and creative clusters in the MED area

euro2

Objectives

The cultural heritage of a country shows us the relationship of people with their own history. The heterogeneity of the CCIs, cultural and creative industries, such as the visual, performing and plastic arts, design, video games, galleries and cultural spaces, literature, music, architecture... As well as the lack of cohesion and reduced associationism, make it difficult to develop joint actions. For this reason, the objective pursued by ChIMERA is to define objectives and improvements in the sector, with the involvement of the administration and other public and private agents, which help to strengthen the CCIs and improve their innovation capacities, resulting in an increase in wealth. culture from all over Europe.

EXPECTED RESULTS AND MEASURES TO IMPLEMENT

  • Location and contact with the different companies that form the ICC.
  • Promotion of cohesion and backbone of the sector through meetings, workshops and other activities.
  • Identification of the shortcomings and needs of the CCIs to establish a strategic action plan.
  • Opening to new projects and ideas by the administration and the public sector.
  • Creation of an increasingly broad cultural agenda and its dissemination.
  • Promotion and support for creation and innovation in the cultural field.
