30 Vocational Training students from Malaga have participated in this fourth edition, organized by Diverxia Consulting and with the collaboration of Promálaga

18/04/2024.- The fourth edition of '#GenerationFP', program that organizes Diverxia Consulting and with the collaboration of Promálaga, a municipal company belonging to the Area of ​​Innovation, Digitalization and Investment Capture, already has winners. The award for best business project, endowed with 1.000 euros, has been for 'Yuli', created by the students Nerea Miranda, Lucía Aguado, Mateo Kogan and Ángel Moreno de los IES Miguel Romero Esteo and Pablo Picasso of Malaga. The awards ceremony was held yesterday afternoon at the Promálaga Economistas incubator (34 Beatas Street).

The business idea consists of a application that helps young people search for housing, find a roommate and discover leisure areas, thus facilitating the process of becoming independent.

'#GenerationFP' aims provide VET students with the necessary skills to launch a business idea. The students presented the business ideas they have developed these months. In total, there have been six entrepreneurial projects that have emerged from this fourth edition: 'Yuli' (the winner), 'NPLAN', 'Songblue', 'Swift Surprise', 'Itergo' and 'Bookbind', focused on different aspects such as leisure, tourism and reading.

The '#GenerationFP' program began in November of last year and until this month of March 30 students have worked in eminently practical in-person sessions based on active methodologies such as ABRetos (Challenge-Based Learning), simulations and gamification.

The students have focused on two blocks: knowledge and experience to launch a business project, and the development of key transversal competencies for such a company, until developing the project idea that they presented yesterday in the final phase of the initiative.

This program has the collaboration of CaixaBank Dualiza, the , the Delegation of Educational Development and Vocational Training of the Government of Andalusia, FP Innovación and the IES Romero Esteo.
